By creating a NeverMessy account, you agree to these terms. Plain-language summary: we provide a small daily-task app, you can cancel anytime, and we'll always tell you the real price upfront.
NeverMessy (nevermessy.com) is operated by NeverMessy, 4 Ul Vit, Simeonovo, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@nevermessy.com.
NeverMessy assigns you two small tasks a day for each zone (room, workshop, etc.) you set up, tracks your streak, and optionally reminds you and lets you record before/after photos. It's a personal decluttering aid, not a substitute for professional cleaning, organizing, or hoarding-disorder support — if clutter is connected to a harder underlying situation, please also reach out to someone qualified to help with that.
Current plans (prices include everything — no hidden fees added later):
| Plan | Euro (EUR) | Pounds (GBP) |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €4.95 / month | £4.45 / month |
| 3-month | €11.95 every 3 months | £9.95 every 3 months |
| Annual | €39.95 / year | £34.95 / year |
The currency you're charged in is set when you subscribe, based on where you are at the time, and is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Both are listed here so you can check the terms of the plan you're actually on.
You can cancel a subscription anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. You keep access until that period ends.
If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital subscription purchase and get a full refund, starting from the day you subscribe — unless you've explicitly asked for and consented to immediate access before that window closes, in which case that right may no longer apply once the service has been fully delivered. On top of whatever the law requires, we also back every plan with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked: email hello@nevermessy.com within 30 days of any charge for a full refund.
Photos you take stay yours. Sharing a before/after pair to the public gallery gives us permission to display that specific pair publicly and anonymously (no name, no account details) — you can revoke that permission anytime from "My transformations" in the app, which removes it from the gallery and from any future email. A shared pair may also be included in a weekly email to other users, and one already sent can't be recalled. We never share unconsented photos with anyone. The gallery is not indexed by search engines.
Don't use NeverMessy to upload photos of anyone without their knowledge, anything illegal, or anything that isn't actually a before/after of a task you did. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, including the photo upload or gallery features.
We aim to keep NeverMessy running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — this is a small, actively-developed product and things occasionally break or change. We'll try to give notice of any change that meaningfully affects what you're paying for.
NeverMessy is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use the app day to day. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow us to (for example, in cases of fraud or gross negligence).
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country you live in. If we can't sort out a complaint directly, EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
